General Refund Policy
For US:
For All (Physical) Products found on ReviewTap.co, there is a 30 day refund policy. For digital products where the product is delivered as a digital download or online access, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. On any Physical items, such as NFC devices, books, DVDs, CDs etc, you will have 30 days from the date the product is delivered to request a refund. Same conditions apply as outlined above in the additional fees the customer is responsible for include:
a) The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all items should be returned in their original product packaging. There will be a $10 restocking and handling fee applied to all returned packages.
b)Any package returned as REFUSED (meaning you do not open the package and do not pay the shipping fees to send it back to us) will be charged a refusal fee of 10% of the order amount which will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
c) Additionally, packages returned as “undeliverable” may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned as “undeliverable” and the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, a $9.99 returned shipping fee will be deducted from any refund if the address error was the customer’s error. If the return was a result of our error ReviewTap.co and Herrera Research Institute ,LLC will pay the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping.
Receiving a Refund
After we receive and process your return we will refund your product or products.
This time period includes:
• 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 12 to 14 business days for Warehouse (us) to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

How Refunds are Issued:
Please note: The payment processor we currently use is Stripe via our checkout cart. Once initiated by our support team Your refund will be processed via Stripe to return funds to your bank, debit or credit card you used during checkout.
